Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Usually, the orders take 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorsteps.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products are returned in the original packaging
- The product shows no sign of usage (*),
- The stamped invoice is attached,
(*) The condition doesn’t apply to faulty (defective) products
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
