The On Cloud X 4 Shoes are built for athletes who want one versatile shoe for different types of workouts. Designed for flexibility, stability, and responsive cushioning, this training shoe supports everything from gym sessions and HIIT workouts to functional training and short runs.
At the core of the shoe is the X-shaped Speedboard®, engineered to provide excellent forefoot flexibility and energy return during dynamic movements such as burpees, box jumps, and lateral drills. This structure helps deliver power, bounce, and control during multi-directional training.
The Helion™ superfoam midsole balances cushioning and stability, providing soft landings and explosive take-offs. For additional support, the midfoot cage and star lacing system wrap securely around the foot, enhancing stability during side-to-side movements.
Sustainability is also part of the design. The Cloud X 4 uses 50% bio-attributed Zero-Gravity foam, made from renewable materials like waste cooking oil, helping reduce CO₂ emissions compared to traditional EVA midsoles. Some colorways also use dope-dyed yarn, a process that reduces water consumption by up to 90%.
The breathable mesh upper keeps airflow moving during intense workouts, while plush materials around the heel and tongue enhance comfort. A durable rubber outsole provides reliable traction for lateral movements and quick transitions.
