Big Whey, Hydro Big or All In: which Red Rex protein is which?

Red Rex has more than one protein, and the names tell you the source.

• Big Whey: whey protein, listed at 24 g of protein per serving, in 2.25 lb and 4.5 lb tubs.
• Hydro Big: hydrolyzed whey protein, in 800 g and 1.6 kg tubs.
• All In Protein: a blend of beef, whey and plant proteins.
• All In Isolate: a blend of beef, whey and plant isolates.
• Beef Protein Isolate: made from hydrolyzed beef protein isolate, in a 4 lb tub.

So check the name before you compare two tubs. A whey tub and a blend are different products.

Big Mass, Beef Mass or Beef Mass Plus?

The mass gainers differ in size and in servings. Big Mass comes in a 12 lb tub. Beef Mass is a 6 lb tub listed at 14 servings. Beef Mass Plus is also a 6 lb tub, listed at 8 servings, so each serving is larger. Carbo Big is a different thing: a maltodextrin carbohydrate powder in a 1.5 kg tub. See gainers from other brands on the mass gainers page.

Creatine, amino acids and the rest of the range

Red Rex sells creatine in two forms, monohydrate and HCl. The amino range covers BCAA, Glutamine, EAA+ Creatine HCl, Citrulline, Arginine, Beta-Alanine and Beef Amino tablets. Liquid L-Carnitine comes in fruit punch, pineapple and watermelon.

If you are new to the brand, start with Big Whey in the 2.25 lb tub, in a flavour you know. Compare other brands on the whey protein page, or see all creatine.
