الاستلام: المنتج بيتم جمعه خلال 48 ساعة من تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
حالة المنتج: المنتج لازم يكون في حالته الأصلية زي ما استلمته. لو رجع في حالة مختلفة، هنرجعه للعميل من غير استرداد.
طريقة الاسترداد بتتحدد حسب وسيلة الدفع اللي استخدمتها:

3. الدفع بالبطاقات البنكية أو التحويل البنكي المباشر بننفذ طلب الاسترداد خلال 48 ساعة عمل، والمبلغ بيرجع لحسابك خلال 3 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب سياسة البنك.
