• You can view your current point balance and available rewards through your online account or by contacting customer service.
• All earned points expire after one (1) year from the date they are earned. • COD orders will get points after payment is fully done.
• All vouchers issued through the WayUp Club program have an expiration date of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.
• Redeemed vouchers are not refundable.
• Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
• We may suspend or terminate your membership for any reason, including violation of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity.
