Terms & Conditions:
- Automatic Eligibility: Anyone who makes a purchase at WayUp is automatically eligible to join the WayUp Club. There are no fees or subscriptions required.
- Sign Up Required: You must sign up to start collecting points.
- Point Accumulation: Points are earned with every purchase made at WayUp.
- Redeeming Points: Earned points can be exchanged for value vouchers.
- Track Your Points: View your point balance and rewards through your online account or by contacting customer service.
- Point Expiration: Points expire one (1) year after they are earned.
- COD Orders: Points for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are credited once the payment is fully processed.
- Voucher Expiration: Vouchers issued through the WayUp Club expire 30 days from the date of issuance.
- Non-Refundable: Redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded.
- Expired Vouchers: Expired vouchers cannot be used or redeemed.
- Membership Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for any reason, including violating the terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

How can I create an account or sign up?
If you're a new customer, you can register here. If you already have an account, click on "WayUp Club" and then select "Join Now." - How many points do I earn per purchase?
- Points Earned: For every 1 EGP spent, you earn 1 point.
- Point Value: Each 33 points are equivalent to 1 EGP.

How can I redeem points for a voucher?
Log in to your WayUp Club account by clicking on the loyalty icon (the gift icon) on our website (this feature is not available on the app). Enter the number of points you wish to redeem, and you will receive a code on the same page. Use this code at checkout to apply your voucher. -
Can the voucher be partially redeemed?
Yes, you can choose the number of points you wish to redeem, allowing for partial redemption. -
Can the voucher be used on a different account as a gift?
No, vouchers are restricted to the account that redeemed them and cannot be used on other accounts. -
Where can I view my points balance?
Log in to your WayUp Club account. Click on the widget, and your points balance will be displayed. -
What happens if I return an item purchased with a voucher?
Vouchers are non-refundable. Only the portion of the order paid with money will be refunded. -
Under what circumstances might my membership be suspended or terminated?
We may suspend or terminate your membership for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of our Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity. Such cases will be reviewed by our fraud team. -
What is the maximum number of points that can be redeemed?
You can redeem up to 50,000 points.
