Return & Refund Policy
As a WayUp Sports customer, you have the right to return/exchange the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of receiving your order
If you wish to return/exchange any product in your order, the condition of the product must comply with our return policy:
1- The returned product must be in its original condition with the price tag (ticket) not removed
2- Keep the original product packaging.
3- The product to be exchanged/returned must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
In case you received a wrong/defective item we are really sorry for this. You need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to help you with this matter.
Contacting us later than 48 hours might delay the return process to investigate your inquiry, and it would take up to 5 working days.
If your inquiry is found to be invalid, you will keep your product as it is.
In case of exchange: the exchange is for the same model/color only of the same product with a different size.
Pictures of the product to be replaced must be sent to us, clear pictures of the product from all directions, showing the price tag and the original box, in order to confirm and accept your exchange.
Return from Cairo and Giza takes a maximum of 4 working days, including the quality check period. It takes 5 working days for the rest of the governorates, including the quality check period of the product.
You can return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
In the same condition as received, in its original box, with the price tag.
If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.
Delivery and Return fees are charged from the original order value during the refund. (non-returnable).
The exchange takes the same normal delivery time for orders:
The exchange takes 3 working days in Cairo and Giza, and within 3 to 5 working days in the rest of Egypt's governorates to be delivered.
In the event of a return and once the quality check is completed, we have several options for receiving your refund:

If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, you can now choose between:
1- A voucher code for the next order within 24 hours of the product's arrival and inspection.
2- Wallet (Vodafone / Etisalat / Orange) cash and refund within 3 to 5 working days
3- A bank account within 3 to 14 working days, depending on the bank's period.
* The value of the order will be refunded to the same payment method if your order was paid by Valu, Sympl, Sohoula, or through a bank card. In the event that the amount is returned to the same online payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again.
If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.
Delivery and refund fees are charged from the original order value during the refund. (non-refundable).
You cannot open your order and then return it immediately with the shipping representative once received, but if you have any problem and would like to return or exchange your order please follow our return policy.
If the item is faulty from our side, a full refund is guaranteed.
Please note that personal use products (Socks, Boxers, swimsuits, water bottles , etc...) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
