Return & Refund Policy

As a WayUp Sports customer, you have the right to return/exchange the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of receiving your order

If you wish to return/exchange any product in your order, the condition of the product needs to comply with our return policy:

Return guidelines

You can return the item if:

  • Item was found damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on the product page
  • Change of mind

The returned product must be in its original unused condition with the price tag (ticket) not removed and in its original packaging (unless the reason for return is related to a manufacturing defect).

We sincerely apologize if the item you received was incorrect or damaged. To assist you with this, We need you to get in touch with us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.

  • Contacting us later than 48 hours might delay the return process to investigate your inquiry, and it would take up to 5 working days to collect the item and refund the money.

Return from Cairo and Giza takes a maximum of 4 working days, including the quality check period. It takes 5 working days for the rest of the governorates, including the quality check period of the product.

Once the quality check is completed, we have several options for receiving your refund:

  • If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, you can now choose to be refunded through:
  • 1- A voucher code for the next order within 24 hours of the product's arrival and inspection.
  • 2- Wallet (Vodafone / Etisalat / Orange/WE) cash and refund within 3 to 5 working days
  • 3- A bank account within 3 to 14 working days, depending on the bank's period.

 

Exchange guidelines

Exchange is only for the same Brand, model & color; only of the same product with a different size.

Pictures of the item to be replaced must be sent to us, clear pictures of the product from all sides, showing the price tag and the original box, in order to confirm and accept your exchange.

The exchange takes the same normal return and delivery time for orders.

Returned items for exchange will be inspected for quality assurance before releasing the exchange items.

Important Notes:

  • The value of the order will be refunded only to the same payment method, if your order was paid by Valu, Premium card, Contact, Shouhoola, or through a bank account.
    • In the event that the amount is returned to the same online payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again.
  • If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition or return reason was found invalid, the product will be returned to you again.
  • Delivery and Return fees are non-refundable and are deducted from the order’s original value.
    • If the item is faulty from our side, a full refund is guaranteed.
  • You cannot open your order and then return it immediately with the shipping representative once received, but if you have any problem and would like to return or exchange your order please follow our return policy.
  • Please note that Supplements and personal use products (Socks, Boxers, Sports Bras, Swimsuits, Headwear, water bottles. etc...) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
