adidas kids' shoes by age

This is the adidas kids' range here, from babies to older kids, with shoes, T-shirts, matching sets, football boots and backpacks. Sneakers are the biggest group. The easiest way to choose is by your child's age, because the closure changes as kids grow.

• Babies: the Bubblecomfy has a very light, breathable knit upper and a soft one-piece EVA sole, made with infants' comfort first.
• Toddlers: many pairs for this age use hook-and-loop straps or elastic laces, so they go on fast. You will see this on many Grand Court, Tensaur, Advantage and Breaknet pairs.
• Older kids: lace-up pairs such as the Tensaur Sport 3.0 K and the Breaknet 3.0, with regular laces for an adjustable fit.

Everyday sneakers and running shoes

The Grand Court 3.0 and VL Court 3.0 are court-style sneakers, the Hoops Classic J is easy to wear from school to weekends, and the Breaknet 3.0 has a smooth synthetic upper and a flat rubber outsole. For running and play, the Runfalcon 6 is made to keep up as kids run, play and explore. The Lightorama shoes add LED lights.

Classics, football and clothing

adidas Originals classics come in kids' sizes too, including the Samba OG with a leather upper and suede T-toe, the Gazelle, the Superstar and the Handball Spezial. For football there are junior boots, and for clothing there are Essentials T-shirts, joggers and matching sets with a top and shorts or pants.

If you are buying for a toddler, start with a hook-and-loop Tensaur or Grand Court. For older kids, the Runfalcon 6 is made for running and play. You can also see kids' sneakers, kids' clothing or kids' football.
