• We take the safety and well-being of our customers seriously, and for this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personal use items like towels, socks, swimwear, sports bras, Boxers , Supplements and other similar products if the package has been opened or the item has been used.

• Once these types of products have been used or the package has been opened, they cannot be resold or reused for health and safety reasons. We want to ensure that all of our customers receive new, unused, and hygienic products that are free from any contamination or potential health risks. 

• Therefore, we strongly advise that you inspect your personal use items carefully upon receipt and before opening the package. If you have any concerns or questions about the product, please contact our customer service team before opening the package or using the product.

• If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement product if necessary.

• Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on personal use items that have been used or the package has been opened, for health and safety reasons.
