What are the Installment options?
We offer installments through bank installments, valU, Souhoola, Premium Card and Forsa.
Can I edit/cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or edit your order after placing it as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
What is your Return/Refund policy
You can return the Order/ Item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return to Cairo and Giza takes a maximum of 3 to 5 working days, including the quality check period of the product.
It takes 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the governorates, including the quality check period of the product.
The returned item should be in the same delivery condition and with its Box/Label.
-Refund will be done in case of return or cancellation.
Amounts get refunded on the same payment method if you’ve used an online method
-If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, your refund will
be added to your WayUpSports.com wallet credit to use it on your next order.
-Return and shipping fees are non-Refundable.
What are the non-returnable items?
The following products cannot be returned to ensure the safety of WayUp Sports customers:
- Swimsuits, caps, head covers and socks.
- Nutritional supplements, sports bras, boxers and water bottles.
- Products that were returned in a condition other than their original condition.
- The previous products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Shoes that cannot be returned without the original box.
- Products from which the brand or price tag has been removed.
