How to use
- Add 10 grams, about a scoop, of Gold Standard® Pre-Workout
- With 6-8 fluid ounces of cold water
- Mix it for 30 minutes until it dissolves
Take Gold Standard® Pre-Workout 15-30 minutes before physical activity.
Intended for use by healthy adults as part of a healthy balanced diet and exercise program.
Do not take this product with alcohol. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise regimen, and drink at least 100 ounces of water daily. Exercise may increase the need for extra fluids.

Natural and artificial flavor, citric acid, malic acid, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), sucralose, tartaric acid, acesulfame potassium, yellow color 5, blue color 2.
Warnings
Consult your physician before using this product if you are taking any medications or are under a physician's supervision for a medical condition. This product is not for use by those under the age of 18, women who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or nursing, or those who are sensitive to beta-alanine, caffeine, or niacin. Do not consume caffeine from other sources while taking this product because too much caffeine can cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat. Beta-alanine and niacin may cause a painless sensation, temporary tingling, or flushing.
Contents sold by weight, not volume. Some settling of product contents may occur.
