Backpack, duffel or gym sack: which adidas bag fits your day?

adidas bags come in a few shapes, and each suits a different load.

• Backpack: for school, work or a daily commute. The Linear Backpack has padded straps, slip-in pockets with room for a water bottle and a front zip pocket for keys and phone.
• Duffel: for the gym or a match. The 4ATHLTS Duffel Bag Small has a main compartment for shoes and clothes, a coated bottom and a detachable shoulder strap.
• Gym sack: for quick trips. The Linear Gym Sack is lightweight and closes with a drawstring.
• Organizer: for a phone and keys. The Linear Organizer has zip pockets and a carry handle.

How big is an adidas backpack?

Some product pages list the volume in litres, and it changes a lot between models. The Classic 3 Bar Logo Backpack is 27.5 litres and measures 15 x 31 x 44 cm. The kids' Apwr Backpack is 13.14 litres at 11 x 26 x 40 cm. The Terrex Multi Essentials Backpack holds 20 litres and adds an air mesh back panel and a sternum strap. Check the litres before you order, so your books or gym gear fit.

Bags for football, padel and running

Some bags are built around one sport. The Tiro Backpack and the Tiro Duffle bags are made for footballers, and the duffle comes in Small, Medium and Large. The Multigame Racket Bag for padel has a 58-litre interior and thermo-insulated side compartments for rackets. The Running Pocket Bag sits on the back hip and holds keys, a card and a phone.

If you need one bag for school and the gym, start with the Classic 3 Bar Logo Backpack. See every adidas backpack, or compare brands in backpacks.
