Which Nike fabric for which day

Most Nike clothing here is labelled with the fabric or line it uses, and that label tells you what the piece is for.

• Dri-FIT: Nike's sweat-wicking fabric, used across T-shirts, shorts, tank tops and leggings here for training, running and football.
• Therma-FIT: warm layers such as the Therma-FIT Full-Zip Hoodie and Therma-FIT training pants, for cold-weather workouts.
• Club Fleece: Sportswear joggers, sweatshirts and hoodies such as the Club Fleece Pullover Hoodie, for everyday wear.
• Running jackets: the Windrunner Repel and Miler UV Repel, plus the Sportswear City Side jacket, whose water-repellent fabric helps against light rain and wind.

Nike clothing by sport

For football, the Academy line covers Dri-FIT training tops and long-sleeve drill tops with mesh panels for airflow. For running, the Miler line includes Dri-FIT shorts in a 5-inch 2-in-1 cut and a 7-inch unlined cut, plus short-sleeve running tops. Tennis players will find Victory Dri-FIT skirts and Court pieces.

For the gym, Nike Pro covers fitted leggings for men and women, including mid-rise leggings with mesh across the calves, and padded sports bras such as the medium-support Pro Indy Plunge.

Men, women and kids

Men's pieces are the biggest group here, led by T-shirts and shorts. Women's styles add leggings, tank tops, sports bras and skirts, and the kids' range covers T-shirts, shorts, leggings and Club Fleece joggers for boys and girls.

If you want one piece to start with, pick a Dri-FIT T-shirt: it works for the gym, a run or a match. Then add a Therma-FIT hoodie for the cooler months. Shop Nike men, Nike women and Nike kids, or go straight to Dri-FIT.
