Read important material instructions down below
1. First Dry brush shoe removing excess dirt
2. Apply Half a cup of water in a bowl add 2 to 3 squirts of solution on the water
3. Gently clean shoe uppers using the medium bristle brush in a circular motion, use the hard bristle brush on shoe soles only.
4. Constantly wipe clean with the microfiber towel throught cleaning for optimum results
Note: For fabric based shoes use a clean bowl of water and solution mixture for each individual shoe.

IMPORTANT NOTE: SUEDE and NUBUCK !!
We advise you to always try dry brushing the suede gently until its clean with NO water usage whatsoever!, if the suede is completely dirty and there's no use then you can follow the next option--
Suede tends to be a delicate unpredictable material with many different grades which can sometimes have a huge problem with water itself, some grades and types can bleed there color when in contact with water, we advise you to always patch test first.!! (Test clean on a hidden unseen part of the shoe)
NOTE: We do not recommend cleaning custom painted or unsealed leather. Use extra care when cleaning dyed suede as its color is likely to bleed when in contact with water.

You can return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is In the same condition as received, in its original box, with the price tag.
If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.
Delivery and return fees are charged from the original order value during the refund as it is not refundable.

If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, your refund will be added to your WayUpSports.com wallet credit to use it on your next order.

If the amount is returned to the same payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again
