The Bestway® Swim Safe ABC™ is a step-by-step program starting with Level A life jackets, designed for babies and toddlers who need maximum support. The B life jackets are for toddlers who are gaining confidence but are not yet able to swim on their own. The Level C armbands are for children who are beginning to learn the basics of swimming. Return to Cairo and Giza takes a maximum of 3 to 5 working days, including the quality check period. It takes 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the governorates, including the quality check period of the product.
You can return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is In the same condition as received, in its original box, with the price tag.
If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.
Delivery and return fees are charged from the original order value during the refund as it is not refundable.
We have several options for refunding your return order:
If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, your refund will be added to your WayUpSports.com wallet credit to use it on your next order.
Please note that The value of the order will be refunded to the same payment method if your order was paid by Valu, Souhoola, Premium, Contact or through any bank card.
If the amount is returned to the same payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again
Exchange Policy:

The exchange process takes 5 to 7 working days. The original order will be collected from you, and once it is returned to us and inspected, the exchange order will be shipped to you.
