How to use
Add 10 grams, about a scoop, of Gold Standard® Pre-Workout
With 6-8 fluid ounces of cold water
Mix it for 30 minutes until it dissolves
Take Gold Standard® Pre-Workout 15-30 minutes before physical activity.
Intended for use by healthy adults as part of a healthy balanced diet and exercise program.
Do not take this product with alcohol. Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise regimen, and drink at least 100 ounces of water daily. Exercise may increase the need for extra fluids.

Warnings
Consult your physician before using this product if you are taking any medications or are under a physician's supervision for a medical condition. This product is not for use by those under the age of 18, women who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or nursing, or those who are sensitive to beta-alanine, caffeine, or niacin. Do not consume caffeine from other sources while taking this product because too much caffeine can cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat. Beta-alanine and niacin may cause a painless sensation, temporary tingling, or flushing.
Contents sold by weight, not volume. Some settling of product contents may occur.
Keep in a cool, dry place.
A measuring scoop is included in the package, but it may settle to the bottom during shipping

Processing Time:

Pickup:
Your item will be collected within 48 hours of submitting your return or exchange request.

Condition:
If the product is returned in any condition other than its original state, it will be sent back to you.

Delivery Fees:
Delivery and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount and are non-refundable.

Refund Options

If your order was paid in cash upon delivery, the refund amount will be credited to your WayUpSports.com wallet as store credit.
You can use this balance for any future purchases.

2. Installment & Payment Gateway (Valu, Souhoola, Premium, Contact, Halan, Seven, Aman, Tru)

If your order was paid using one of these payment methods, the refund will be:

• Processed within 48 business hours, and
• Reflected in your account within 3–5 business days.

3. Bank Card or Bank Account Payments

If the payment was made via bank card or direct bank transfer, the refund will be:

• Processed within 48 business hours, and
• Reflected in your account within 3–14 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available for the same model only, in a different size.

To request an exchange, please:

• Contact us through our customer support channels for assistance.

Processing Time:

• Cairo & Giza: 5–7 working days from the pickup date.
• Other Governorates: 7–10 working days from the pickup date.

The exchange process begins once the original item is collected and passes the quality inspection.
