Description
The full round foam roller is used in pilates, yoga and for general fitness and rehabilitation. Its used for self-myofascial release, self massage and stretch to help release muscle tightness. Whilst the Body Sculpture looks similar to other foam rollers, this has a harder inner centre that ensures durability, and a softer outer for added comfort. By having the harder centre it also helps it to not flatten or distort. Ideal for home or gym workouts. Lightweight and portable. Suitable for both men and women.
