INFORMATION: We strongly recommend wearing a floating device/buoyancy aid when using the stand up paddle board. Floating devices/buoyancy aids give lift after a fall into the water and maintain the ability to swim and move. A floating device/buoyancy aid is not included in scope of delivery.

You can return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is In the same condition as received, in its original box, with the price tag.
If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.
Delivery and return fees are charged from the original order value during the refund as it is not refundable.
We have several options for refunding your return order:
If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, your refund will be added to your WayUpSports.com wallet credit to use it on your next order.
Please note that The value of the order will be refunded to the same payment method if your order was paid by Valu, Souhoola, Premium, Contact or through any bank card.
If the amount is returned to the same payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again
Exchange Policy:
The exchange is only available for the same model in a different size. Here are the exchange steps:

The exchange process takes 5 to 7 working days. The original order will be collected from you, and once it is returned to us and inspected, the exchange order will be shipped to you.
